Oversee all aspects of planning for Joe\'s Jeans, Hudson Jeans & Favorite Daughter. • Lead the buying and planning teams, consisting of planning directors, senior planners, planners, buyers and allocators.• Responsible for wholesale planning for both full-price and off-price retailers. Including; Nordstrom, Saks, Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdales, Dillard’s, Amazon, Nordstrom Rack, Saks off 5th, etc. as well as hundreds of specialty and independent accounts.• Oversee the planning & buying of owned and operated Joe\'s full-price and outlet B&M stores, Favorite Daughter full price locations and e-commerce sites for Joes, Favorite Daughter, and Hudson Jeans. • Manage inventory buys, placement, and flow of goods for all brands and channels of distribution including wholesale, owned retail stores and our DTC sites.• Partner cross-functionally with head of finance and production to manage internal incoming margins, external shipping margins and account profitability.• Work cross functionally to develop budgets at the brand, customer channel level.• Developed bottoms up plans at the sku level to help inform merchandising / design buy guidance ahead of seasonal product development.• Drive standardization of reporting across brands to support best practices.• Committee lead for Centric West for various corporate initiatives including implementation of 3rd party planning system, master data management and cleanse of of skus, and implementation of SAP BI reporting tools.
