I love to fix things and develop people, it’s just in my DNA. The math I use is simple: Process Improvement + People Empowerment = Better Customer Experience + People Development I have been privileged to experience unexpected roles in my career which were presented in times of adversity. The growth opportunities have been amazing and have allowed me to expand my wheelhouse in remarkable ways. I rip off the bubble gum, duct tape, and Band-Aids of quick fixes and workarounds and put something sustainable and scalable in place. I encourage, empower, and educate my employees so they are comfortable turning their ideas into sustainable actions. Turning the “wouldn’t it be great if…” and “I wish [insert problem] did this…” into reality involves listening to the subtle, and not so subtle, cues and knowing “that’s the way we’ve always done it” is a red flag of progress. I translate these pleas for help into scalable, efficient, cost-savings operations. But ultimately, the employees and the customers win because their lives are improved. That is why I do what I do, that is why I love to fix things and develop people.    Digging in to drive change and re-engineer the operations of the Product organization, both internally and across the enterprise, within an energetic, fast-paced, cutting-edge robotics company.• Constructed submission process for variant model requests. Creating accountability and eliminating unnecessary spending for unprofitable requests by 60%.• Engineering an enterprise-wide SKU cross-compatibility database, to address operational inefficiencies, lost revenue, unnecessary spending, and catalog confusion, saving at least $3M/year • Partnered with Supply Chain to design Product Management-led EOL process as part of a larger Lifecycle Management flow.
