   Human Resources - Successfully developed the HR department; Implemented policies/procedures for all aspects of HR; Created job descriptions & implemented salary structure/grade scales; developed the HR SOP Guide for all Safe Fleet divisions to use. Handle all aspects of HR for 3 divisions of Safe Fleet (COBAN Technologies, SEON Design US & Mobile Vision).• Benefit Administration – Audit employee benefit offerings, negotiate contracts with providers to ensure the company is providing the most cost-effective option while still offering quality health care to retain and attract new talent; Create/deliver Benefit Orientation /Annual Open Enrollment Presentations, 401K administration and annual reporting.• Recruiting/Onboarding – Implemented policies/procedures for recruiting/onboarding employees; Implemented onboarding presentation & work closely with hiring managers to implement training and employee development procedures for all staff.• Payroll Management - Multi-state payrolls for 3 divisions using ADP Workforcenow including processing payroll, payroll taxes; complete monthly and annual audits of payroll, payroll taxes, severance packages and deductions.• Accounting – Assisted with the annual HR budget; Process semi-monthly expense reimbursement requests/accounting GL & Payroll GL for all semi-monthly payroll related entries (for all 3 divisions); Routinely audit payroll entries, payroll taxes, expense report accounting & employee benefit accounts.• Compliance - Maintain education & compliance with all areas of HR laws including I-9 (E-Verify).
