Wendi Christensen, CPA, is a tax partner in the Florida Business Tax Services Group of Deloitte Tax LLP (“Deloitte”) and has 23 years of experience in public accounting. Wendi specializes in providing a variety of flow-through and corporate tax consulting services to publicly and privately-held companies in many industries including service industries, energy, real estate, technology, waste/environmental services, retail, travel, hospitality and leisure, and health care. Wendi is experienced in assisting companies with structuring reorganizations and acquisitions, post-acquisition tax planning, accounting methods review, ASC 740 Accounting for Income Taxes, and Internal Revenue Service examinations. Wendi is currently serving as Regional US India Leader for the Business Tax Services division of Deloitte and the as the National Talent Acquisition Leader for tax.
