I validate optical power levels and fiber quality using Gofoton EKO panels and OTDR test sets. I support coherent optics migrations, 100G to 400G upgrades, new router turn ups, and high bandwidth backhaul for AI, 5G, and cloud workloads.I run program reviews, report status to leadership, and remove blockers. I manage multiple projects at once and communicate clearly with technical and non technical teams. I improve processes, cut delays, and tighten documentation.
