Experienced Security and Operations Manager. I oversee a staff of 30 Security Compliance & Enforcement Personnel and over 300 contract security officers that are responsible for ensuring security of the airport. I have obtained my Certified Protection Professional (CPP) Certification from ASIS and my Certified Member (CM) and Airport Security Coordinator (ASC) Certifications from the American Association of Airport Executives I have over 20 years of experience in facility operations and physical security (e.g: access control systems, CCTV monitoring systems, access badge processing, and background clearance processing). I have experience reviewing construction plans and providing input where designs haven\'t fully taken into consideration possible security and operational impacts. I also have experience in training and creating SOP\'s in a federally regulated industry. I conduct security investigations, risk analysis, and facility security assessments to identify any possible risks to the organization. Finally, I have experience in establishing NIMS/ICS Command Structures for emergency and non-routine incidents and events and managing Emergency Operations Centers and Incident Command Centers.
