About Wenchao

I build intelligent systems at the intersection of machine learning, LLM applications, and large-scale orchestration.My work focuses on turning foundation model capabilities into reliable product experiences: agentic workflows, multi-step orchestration, retrieval-augmented systems, automated summarization, and production-grade ML infrastructure. I’m especially interested in how to make AI systems not just smarter, but more useful, trustworthy, and efficient in real-world environments.Across my work, I’ve designed and implemented orchestration layers that coordinate model calls, tools, retrieval, and decision logic to solve complex user problems end to end. This includes building chat and copilot experiences, agent-style workflows, and intelligent pipelines that balance quality, latency, safety, and cost. I enjoy working on the full stack of these systems — from backend architecture and data pipelines to model integration, evaluation, caching, and responsible AI considerations.What excites me most is building systems that can reason over context, choose the right actions, and deliver high-signal results at scale. I’m particularly drawn to problems involving ML-powered products, AI agents, orchestration frameworks, RAG, and the infrastructure required to make them production-ready.
