I am serving in a Site Reliability Engineer Business Analyst role, providing in-depth knowledge of Azure IAAS / PAAS leveraging Azure DevOps for solutions development. Work with cross-functional teams of cloud SME’s, solution designers for enterprise cloud migrations and cloud-native integration. I am leading, identifying, and gathering business requirements for developing cloud product solutions. Understanding the scenario’s and documenting the Use Case requirements, incorporating security and Non-Functional Requirements as part of the use cases. I am also working with Test Teams to create functional and regression testing plans. Document the SOPs/ ServiceNow KBs and other documentation consumed by internal teams/customers.
