With over 12 years of international experience leading data and operations strategies across complex, multi-stakeholder environments, I bring a proven track record of delivering scalable solutions that drive impact. I’ve led global information systems, coordinated cross-functional teams, and implemented organization-level tools to optimize decision-making in many countries. Currently serving as a Global Information Management Officer Support Team in Rome at the World Food Programme, I\'m supporting and coordinating food security responses in countries affected by humanitarian crises, I oversee data strategy and operational reporting for food security cluster initiatives across Africa, Asia, and Caraïbes. My work has directly supported funding mobilization efforts, improved operational efficiency, and enhanced stakeholder alignment through interactive dashboards, geospatial analytics, and real-time reporting tools. I am fully comfortable working in a bilingual environment (French/English). Key achievements include: •Spearheaded the development of interactive dashboards used by 100+ partners for strategic planning and performance tracking. •Led consultations for multi-million dollar Humanitarian Response Plans, aligning targets and KPIs across government and donor stakeholders. •Secured additional funding through data-driven advocacy, contributing to lean season response efforts. •Delivered surge support and remote deployments to optimize country-level data operations, reducing reporting delays, etc. •Trained and mentored professionals in data visualization, mobile data collection, and GIS tools, enhancing team capacity and operational resilience. I’m fluent in Power BI, Tableau, ArcGIS, KOBO Toolbox, and advanced Excel, and I specialize in transforming complex datasets into actionable insights.
