Mrs. Rooney has over eight years auditing experience. She currently works in Audit components of the business units including critical technology functions, cloud-based infrastructure, cybersecurity, risk management, application, and third-party management. Her responsibilities in this position includes: design and execute internal control testing for operations of varying complexity, and effectively communicate information, issues and audit progress to teammates, clients and auditor-in-charge. She obtained over three years’ experience in internal control assessments in accordance with OMB Circular A-123 and federal accounting.
