About Wells Squier

Wells, a Principal with Anderson Hallas Architects since 2015, brings over 26 years of professional experience on projects ranging from the Grand Canyon Bright Angel Trailhead Redevelopment to high-rise developments in Boston, Florida, and Dubai. Since relocating to Colorado in 2004, he has focused on civic architecture, collaborating with communities to enhance public environments, particularly in the design of libraries, judicial facilities, city and town halls, and municipal offices. Wells has built strong, lasting relationships with clients across Colorado and beyond, leading successful projects for numerous districts, municipalities, and counties throughout the region. His strength lies in facilitating highly collaborative design processes while maintaining a consistent focus on client goals throughout a project’s lifecycle. An active leader in the design community, Wells recently served as President of the AIA Colorado Board. He has also held roles including Treasurer, Denver Director, and Outreach Director for AIA Colorado and AIA Colorado Denver, and remains a committed advocate for the AIA Intern Mentor Program.
