My biggest asset is my love of learning and curiosity; I read about many topics (history, physics, technology, fitness and nutrition, cars, etc) and bring that ability to learn with me to all situations. I have been recognized as a skilled technical writer, so that the customer and service team members are all updated with timely and clear information about resolutions to previous issues. Experienced in the pharmaceutical/nutraceutical industry and food packaging/sorting industry, I have worked on electro-optical systems, mechanical systems, pneumatics, lasers, troubleshooting PLC and control systems, and aligning/calibrating camera systems as a field service professional since 1997. I provide solutions and service expeditiously to customers, in whatever means necessary, as a team member or as an individual. I also coordinate planned maintenance activities for our team to ensure maximum uptime for our customers.
