About Amy Kalman Weiss

For more than 20 years, I’ve partnered with colleges and universities to strengthen enrollment strategy and improve how institutions connect with students and families.My career began in admissions at Moravian College, where I developed a deep appreciation for the role thoughtful recruitment and engagement play in shaping student success. Since then, my work has expanded to include enrollment marketing, predictive strategy, and technology-enabled solutions that help institutions navigate an increasingly complex higher education landscape.Through leadership roles with Ruffalo Noel Levitz (RNL), CampusESP, and now Liaison, I collaborate with enrollment and institutional leaders to explore new approaches to recruitment, student engagement, and data-informed decision making. I’m particularly passionate about helping campuses translate insights into actionable strategies that strengthen enrollment outcomes while preserving the unique mission and culture of each institution.Outside of my professional work, I’m committed to youth advocacy and volunteer my time with local youth sports organizations and college access initiatives.
