About Weining Bai

Weining Bai focuses on intellectual property litigation and commercial litigation. Mr. Bai has experience in all phase of litigation, from pleadings through trial, in both state and federal court. Mr. Bai has been part of numerous trial teams for both jury and bench trials. His experience includes giving the opening statement, direct and cross examinations of both fact and expert witnesses, argument of numerous pre-trial and in-trial motions, and witness preparation. In the pre-trial stage, Mr.Bai’s experience includes taking and defending numerous depositions of both fact and expert witnesses, legal research and briefing, and arguing a variety of hearings – including Markman hearings, dispositive motions, and discovery disputes.Mr. Bai graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. During law school, Mr. Bai worked as a summer associate at AZA for two years.He graduated magna cum lade from Washington and Lee University with a B.S. in Physics Engineering and a B.A. in Economics.
