Over 20 years of experience in the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical process design and service, including more than 15 years in cryogenic process design and service· Served as a process engineer and process engineering lead for multiple cryogenic and petrochemical projects, including base load LNG projects, mid-scale LNG projects, PDH projects and HRU projects· Process design and development using computer simulations (HYSYS and PRO II) for cryogenic gas processing and treating including LPG fractionation, LNG, HRU, PDH· Process design for both ConocoPhillips optimized cascade liquefaction LNG process and CHART IPSMR liquefaction LNG process· Process design for ethylene, expandable polystyrene, polypropylene, n-butanol and octanol projects· Process design for cryogenic hydrogen recovery unit (HRU) of UHDE ammonium process· Process design for cryogenic separation system of UOP or UHDE propane dehydrogenation (PDH) process· Process design for cryogenic NGL recovery, cryogenic CO2 separation and nitrogen rejection (NRU)· Development of hydraulic calculations (pressure drop spreadsheet) and compressor spreadsheet with timely data transfer between simulations and spreadsheetsPreparation of PFDs (process flow diagrams), H&M balance, equipment sizing, control valve and relief valve sizing, static equipment and rotating equipment datasheets· Development of cause and effect diagrams, control narrative, logic diagram, instrument data sheet, relief narrative, relief valve data sheets, control valve data sheets, line lists, instrument lists, utility consumption, process description, P & IDs (piping and instrumentation diagram) and operating manuals· Participation in 3-D model review, HAZOP reviews and SIL reviews· On-site P & ID walk-through and commission· Development of patented processes for cryogenic gas processing· Research and development in the field of oil and gas processing, especially Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) process, also immiscible refrigeration cycle and cryogenic processes
