ABOUT WEI GUO
My mission is to lead the development of the next generation of zero-emission aircraft.I am an aerospace mechanical engineer with 13+ years of experience developing and integrating complex propulsion, airframe, and energy systems from concept through manufacturing and system deployment. My work focuses on translating first-principles engineering into robust hardware by bridging design, analysis, testing, and production.I have led the development and integration of system-critical technologies on the critical path of advanced aerospace programs, building multidisciplinary teams and vertically integrated manufacturing capabilities to deliver hardware from early concept to production readiness. My work has resulted in multiple patents and contributions to peer-reviewed publications.Technically, I operate comfortably across the full engineering stack—from detailed mechanical design and simulation to system-level integration and manufacturing scale-up. I regularly use tools such as NX/3DX, Python-based simulation workflows, COMSOL, and ANSYS, and have hands-on experience with both additive and traditional manufacturing processes.I believe the best engineering organizations combine first-principles thinking, disciplined development processes, and strong collaborative teams to deliver ambitious hardware programs.
