Migrated TOPMed, a web-based application from Drupal 7 to Drupal 10. This site helps scientific researchers manage and collaborate on studies and provides a peer-review process for publishing those studies in scientific journals. SME developer for project workflow. Refactored all 30 rules into ECA rules.Created an MVP for the NHLBI AI website in 7 days. Developed in Drupal, this application is the sister project of TOPMed, intended for artificial intelligence research. Developed application workflow and created multi-tiered application process using ECA rules.Built out a research methods calculator for the NIH Office of Disease Prevention. This calculator, developed in Drupal, helps scientists determine the sample size for Stepped Wedge Group-Randomized Trials.Designed and developed a WordPress public site and private portal for Food Allergy Research & Education Data Coordinating Center. This portal provides protocol documents and an intake request form. Build a multi-step review process for Biospecimen and/or Data Use Requests.I worked on a team that developed the EPINET WordPress public site and private portal. The secure portal allowed team members to upload data, provided members with resources, and work in workgroups and committees.Designed APEC IV (USDA) WordPress website. This site is an electronic brochure to help explain how the study works and what is expected of the participants.
