   After a long Project Management career with the Walt Disney Company, I relocated to my roots and came to UnitedHealth Group in the process. I’ve had the opportunity to manage a great client portfolio implementing products including Flex Spending, Health Reimbursement, and Health Savings accounts to meet the needs of each client’s employee base. I enjoy getting to work with key stakeholders from inception through to implementation and product support post engagement. While providing clear direction, I encourage a collaborative environment to make sure our customers are fully heard, and discovery is 100% effective through requirement gathering sessions. I stress this importance because I craft tailored solutions that speak directly to the client’s needs. Some of my proudest contributions: Honored to receive high scores on all NPS evaluations; I motivate myself to exceed previous scores for continuous project excellence. Log each project at 100% completion on-time and within designated budgets. Attention on building strong client relationships to retain accounts and contribute to the organization’s stellar reputation.
