I founded Web Forensic to provide photographers, artists, agencies, and legal professionals with court-admissible forensic documentation of copyright infringements.Using reverse image search and advanced forensic-grade tools, I identify unauthorised uses of visual works worldwide. Each case is documented in compliance with international forensic standards, ensuring full chain of custody, cryptographic hash values, precise timestamps, and secure long-term archiving.My professional background began with a commercial education at a business school followed by specialised training at a fashion business institute. From 2014 onwards, I collaborated with several European copyright lawyers, assisting in numerous cases of infringement. During this work, I realised that the main weakness in enforcement often lay in insufficient evidence, where ordinary screenshots failed to stand up in court. Many cases could not be brought to a successful conclusion as a result.Together with the Italian lawyer Andrea Lovato, I began to explore forensic methodologies in depth. Out of this collaboration grew a strong expertise in the forensic preservation of digital evidence. I subsequently specialised in this sector, building Web Forensic as a service dedicated to transforming weak evidence into robust, court-admissible documentation.Our expertise has been recognised by Tau Visual, Milano – the Italian Photographers Association – underlining our credibility within both the creative and legal communities.My mission is clear: to protect creators’ rights with evidence that withstands any legal scrutiny and ensures that infringements are pursued with precision and authority.
