I’ve spent my career building businesses that help organizations to do better by their people. I learned early in my leadership journey that when you invest in your people they will show up and perform better for you and your organization. I\'ve also seen that Healthcare has been one of the most consistent barriers to the ability to invest in talent in organizations; Over the last 12 years I\'ve dedicated my professional focus to learning, understanding and implementing strategies that allow organizations to take greater control of their healthcare investment and deliver vastly better outcomes, both clinical and financial. After four years in a leadership role at PeopleOne Health, one of the fastest growing advanced primary care brands in the country, backed by Google Ventures, I’ve shifted my focus to allow me to more closely partner with more independent doctors and employers that believe that we deserve better from our healthcare system.
