My job is to know where AI is moving globally - and to make sure Baden-Württemberg is part of that conversation.In practice that means visiting innovation ecosystems from Silicon Valley to Tel Aviv, figuring out what\'s actually happening there, and bringing those signals back to one of Europe\'s strongest industrial regions. I connect BW companies and startups with the right international rooms, not for the sake of networking, but because the real shifts in AI are happening at those edges, and most companies don\'t have access to them yet.What I enjoy most: spotting what\'s missing and finding a way to make it happen.Internally I work to make sure AI is thought about across the whole organization, not just in my corner of it.
