About Lisa Tilton
Over the course of my career, I’ve worked closely with stakeholders and SMEs to create certification programs to best fit the needs of their constituency. As a business analyst for my stakeholders, I manage teams with whom I collectively created and implemented a new certification strategy as well as new Dealer education portal, allowing our dealer associates to manage their education and growth in their experience. This includes collaboration with many internal teams and systems to achieve the highest level of success as we continually strive to learn and improve (kaizen). This includes stakeholders, users, super users, information technology, cybersecurity and certification champions. I firmly believe in collaboration, communication, processes and continual improvement. Flexibility and open communication, along with respect and emotional intelligence, come together to create an end result that is larger than any one part of the team. It’s my pleasure to bring that together with a deep understanding of the many components involved, all the while learning from my colleagues and teams.
