Experience
National Supply Chain Process Manager
Oct 2022 — Present
In my current role as National Supply Chain Business Process Manager, I’ve been responsible for leading a full API integration between SAP and Florida’s BioTrack Seed-to-Sale system, which eliminated the need for duplicate data entry and greatly improved inventory tracking and compliance. I’ve standardized SAP manufacturing processes across multiple facilities and states, covering everything from cultivation and harvest to extraction and finished goods production. To streamline operations, I developed SAP-triggered API calls that reduced manual workload and ensured smoother data flow across the business. I also created and rolled out a nationwide SAP training program that supported multiple departments and helped drive consistency and system adoption.I’ve been deeply involved in designing and validating key elements of our ERP system - like Master Recipes, Bills of Materials, and Material Descriptions - to ensure alignment across all manufacturing pipelines. I used Lucidchart to map out and document all manufacturing processes, including detailed Cost Center mapping, which improved both operational clarity and financial transparency.Additionally, I launched a national cycle count program within SAP to enhance inventory accuracy, and I simplified manufacturing workflows by refining our Master Recipe structure, boosting efficiency and reducing errors across the board.
