What We Do: McAnally Wilkins is the only insurance agency in the State of Texas that exclusively places commercial insurance for Oil and Gas service contractors. We have partnered with hundreds of service contractors across Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma. Oil companies and insurance companies now measure the worth and value of your company based on arbitrary measurements like experience modifier scores, TRIR scores, ISNET ratings, FMCSA scores, etc. This is the world we live in, and McAnally Wilkins helps our customers navigate this new environment via a long list of complimentary services. You never see a bill from us for these services. We have an entire service team made up of McAnally Wilkins employees. These employees answer directly to our customers and McAnally Wilkins ownership. Below is a brief overview of our services: 1. DOT - level 1 inspection training, mock audits, help getting violations DQ\'d off your file, marketing plans to submit to carriers on how we will improve scores. Safety and Compliance - Free training such as H2S, hands-on assistance with ISNET and PEC, creative assistance with keeping EMOD scores and TRIR scores down. Legal - We have in-house legal counsel that will perform contract review, contract drafting (sub-agreements, vehicle lease agreements, etc.), and assistance with law suits. HR Services - state specific HR assistance.
