That’s why I believe in the power of radio, not just as a format, but as a spiritual link between talent and audience. My mission is to help creators turn their voices into emotional anchors for communities, not just listeners.I work in the trenches with talent, not from an ivory tower. I coach them live, challenge their storytelling, and celebrate when they grow—because when they win, it’s their face, not mine, on the air. I find joy in watching them rise.Today, I serve as Programming Director and Talent Coach at iHeartMedia Miami, partnering with Enrique Santos on his nationally syndicated Spanish-language morning show and guiding on-air talent across iHeart Latino’s top markets—Miami, Orlando, and beyond.I specialize in helping Spanish-language talent evolve into multiplatform creators—radio, podcasting, video, socials—transforming them into true brand ambassadors.My approach is shaped by a deep sociocultural understanding: being Hispanic in Miami isn’t the same as being Hispanic in the Bronx or East LA. Culture, economy, politics—everything shapes how we speak, feel, and listen.
