   Started my consulting company in 2003 with cash and debt. The first phone call I made looking for my first contract led to my first customer (who is still a customer). Became an Atlassian Partner (now Expert) in 2004. Awarded wooden plaque for recognition was the fastest growing Atlassian Partner in 2010. Hired my first 7 independent-contractors in 2009. Fired my first 5 independent-contractors in 2009. Hired my first 2 employees in 2010. Currently trying to balance the requirements of running a successful business with leading a healthy life.
