I am a senior privacy executive with nearly three decades of leadership experience across the federal government and private sector. My work centers on building and leading enterprise privacy, civil liberties, compliance, and risk management programs that protect trust, strengthen governance, and align operations with evolving legal and policy requirements. My experience spans Department-wide privacy governance, Privacy Act implementation, Privacy Impact Assessments, System of Records Notices, breach response, privacy risk management, information sharing, and integration of privacy requirements across information systems, digital services, records, and emerging technologies. I have led privacy modernization efforts in complex federal environments, rebuilt privacy and civil liberties capabilities in the Intelligence Community, and directed privacy-related breach and risk operations in a highly regulated financial sector environment. I am especially focused on practical privacy leadership that brings together policy, operations, and technology to build scalable, defensible programs. That includes Privacy by Design, AI governance, cross-functional coordination, oversight, training, and modernization of legacy privacy processes.My leadership experience includes directing complex portfolios, modernization efforts, and mission initiatives ranging from $100K to $200M, including enterprise and global environments supporting up to users across 700 sites worldwide.
