   In this position as the first Danaher Business Leader for the Bothell site, I Coach and partner with site and regional Leaders to develop improvement plans, recommend tools, guide kaizen leaders, and facilitate or lead events through all stages, inclusive of prework, execution and sustainment.Train and facilitate process improvements at Cepheid using the identified tools that enable business and functional leaders to drive results.
