Brad has been in the Financial Services space for over 2 decades. As an Sales Director for the US, Brad will utilize his passion and expertise to help grow Conquest Planning\'s footprint and help get a Financial Plan into the hands of every American.Prior to joining Conquest, Brad has gained expansive knowledge of the Fintech landscape. During Covid, there have been amazing stints at several up and coming Fintechs like FP Alpha, Skience and more. Brad gained insight and institutional knowledge that will be critical to any company. At eMoney he focused on building new relationships and supporting company growth and was consistently ranked as one of the top Business Development reps each year. His work experience also includes stints as Regional Vice President at Western & Southern Financial Group and as Executive Vice President at JetTrade, Inc. He credits the years he spent as a PGA Professional as the foundation that shaped who he is today.\"This is where he developed my knack for working with people, both clients as well as employees – it is where I adopted the essential “team mindset” necessary for success.\" When Brad is not helping financial advisors succeed, you will find him spending time with his wife and our three wonderful children. Whenever possible, they set out on various adventures. The family would be able to find its own way to Walt Disney World in Orlando, a Cruise Ship in the Caribbean or a Sunny Beach in Florida. He feels fortunate enough to have called Cincinnati his home for his entire life, remaining deeply rooted within our community.
