I have been fascinated by the study of wine and the overarching beverage industry since 2013. I spent three years working at JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery to specifically hone in my understanding of winemaking, vine to bottle. From there I began working in Michelin-starred restaurants in the San Francisco Bay Area, where I learned that hospitality is an everyday choice - not just a paycheck.I find myself drawn to all aspects of restaurants; I enjoy working the floor and ensuring my guests have a phenomenal experience from beginning to end. I look forward to the next 10 years in my wine career
