With over 30 years of work experience, I am a seasoned telecommunications systems engineer with a passion for automation, process improvement, network design, and system deployment. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Arizona. I enjoy working with diverse and global teams to deliver innovative and effective solutions that meet the needs and expectations of customers and stakeholders.As a Technical Consultant Engineer at Avaya from Jan 2021 to Sep 2022, I was involved in building business cases, interfacing with stakeholders, reviewing tools in development, and providing briefings for various projects related to Implementation, Private, Public, and Hybrid Tools. Some of the tools that my team developed included Automation, Diagram Generation, Migration, System and Environmental Health, and Security Hardening. I leveraged my skills in manufacturing process improvement, system deployment, and network design to ensure the quality and usability of the tools. I also acted as a liaison between the software developers and the end-users, facilitating communication and feedback.
