Wayne Springate is a results-driven executive with over 25 years of experience building and scaling businesses across consumer packaged goods and healthcare. He is the Managing Member of WLJ Holdings LLC and CEO of UnderX, a premium incontinence brand positioned in the growing consumer health market.Wayne began his career in CPG as Co-Founder of WFC Inc, which partnered with Zappos at its launch and went on to develop nine apparel and lifestyle brands. These were sold through Macy’s, Bloomingdale’s, Nordstrom, and Dillard’s, alongside licensing agreements with Jeep and Jaguar. After selling WFC to a publicly traded Dutch company, Wayne advanced into pharmaceuticals and biotech, where he held senior leadership roles in clinical and commercial manufacturing, FDA and cGMP compliance, quality systems, and supply chain management.He has led successful turnarounds, implemented compliant and efficient manufacturing processes, and overseen multi-disciplinary teams in highly regulated environments including sterile injectables and 503B outsourcing facilities. His expertise spans FDA compliance, operations planning, cash and asset optimization, and strategic brand growth.Wayne is known for combining hands-on operational leadership with brand-building vision.
