His logistics and event management experience run the gamut from small media availabilities and lobby days to multi-day conventions and international political tours in Pakistan, Sri Lanka, India, and Russia.As an avid supporter of his community Wayne coaches multiple youth sport teams, is a volunteer mentor at U of T, and serves as a board member for his local Salvation Army, assisting thousands of local families in need. Wayne earned his MBA at the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto.
