Oracle Corporation UK Ltd acquired Art Technology Group (Europe) Ltd on 5th January 2011. ATG was a market leading ecommerce software solutions and services company.I am responsible for the day-to-day running of EMEA Collections and have 1 Collections Specialist and 1 Administrator (both of whom are based in our Paris Office) reporting to me. Achievements include:•Promoted from Credit & Collections Specialist to Supervisor in August 2009. •Achieved my collection target every month. •Maintained the 60-day+ debt at a low rate (0.32% December 10)•Successfully took over the AR ledger of an acquired Company and reduced the 60-day+ debt from 33.83%(July 09) to 0.44%(December 10). This included regular travel to our office in Paris to resolve issues with the sales team and also to recruit a local Collections Specialist to work on the ledger from January 2010. •As Credit & Collections Specialist, reduced 60-day+ debt from 24.4%(March 07) to 0.28%(July 09)
