As CEO of both the Pennsylvania State Nurses Association (PSNA) and the Nursing Foundation of Pennsylvania (NFP), I lead organizations dedicated to strengthening the nursing profession, elevating the voice of nurses, and advancing public health across the Commonwealth. My work centers on strategic governance, advocacy, and building strong relationships with policymakers, partners, and stakeholders.With dual master’s degrees in Nursing Administration and Business Administration and more than 22 years of nursing experience, I bring a balanced perspective that integrates clinical insight with organizational strategy.
