I love learning, teaching, and training. I find enjoyment in the challenges of ever changing learning environments and the science behind it all.For over 15 years I have found pleasure creating learning strategies and bringing innovative ideas to life in challenging environments using a plethora of technologies.My customized learner-centric solutions are a result of my background including an English degree with minors in Psychology and Computer Science, a film academy graduate, have had movies and television shows produced, traveled to exotic lands and love telling a good story.I am happiest when I craft the right solution for the right time using adult learning theory and the Learning-Transfer Evaluation Model (LTEM). I enjoy helping someone have a happier day by delivering data driven role specific just-in-time learning by focusing on mapping business objectives to key performance indicators.
