Our work are finding a place to live, getting a job, or connecting with opportunities for participation and learning.• Representing CASS at job fairs, posting jobs ads and conducting the onboarding and HR orientation of new hires. • Develops and implements recruitment strategies and adapts these strategies in a sector of ever evolving change. • Responsible for creating and maintaining Human Resources documents and records, including but not limited to offer letters and extensive training records.• Coordinate and conduct onboarding and HR orientations for new hires including the creation of employee files, employee email accounts, training courses, etc.• Draft and prepare HR documentation including employment offers, general correspondence and other documents as needed
