As an Application Analyst II, I spent most days analyzing, developing, and maintaining business-critical applications within the acquisitions and marketing ops domain. In this Agile role, I worked on a fully remote scrum team with a leading insurance and financial services company dealing with millions-of-records datasets, stored procedures, brownfield, and greenfield.NET projects, and running deployments through Azure Dev Ops pipelines. This included daily standups, task assignments, storyboards, feature and PBI refinements, and collaboration meetings, facilitated remotely through a Microsoft stack of Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Azure Dev Ops. The position provided much experience with pushing code to Azure Dev Ops via git, running YAML pipelines for deployments, and the formalities, such as change requests and scheduling, required in larger infrastructure environments.
