It removes friction, so people can focus on the work that actually matters instead of wrestling with broken tools or clunky processes.I’m lucky to work with some incredibly smart teams, like Protocol Labs and the Filecoin Foundation, who are genuinely working on things that could move the world forward. My role is to help them build systems that match their mission.Sometimes that means setting up infrastructure that’s strong and self-sufficient. Sometimes it’s about helping different teams or stakeholders work better together. But at the heart of it, I think it’s always about enabling people to do more of what they’re best at without sacrificing their values along the way.
