Having had a break between roles, I joined Royal London in September 2024 working on the transformation of their Finance function, processes and systems, and thereby enabling a continuous improvement culture. Leading implementation of new Asset and Investment initiatives, M&A activities and changes; whilst also advising upon, enabling and delivery of a new COO Operating Model introducing enduring value streams. As part of this work, I am also involved in driving improvements on Cost Transparency across IT Run and Change.

Senior Executive in Financial Services since 2012, I\'ve led strategic business change, IT & process transformation, and performance improvement initiatives within private, public & third sectors. Led business analysis, architecture, change development, test & implementation activities across Economic Crime (AML/CTF and Fraud), Credit Risk, Enterprise Risk and Compliance, as well as IT Run & Service Management for those services, leading multi-disciplinary teams in UK & India.
