Wayne accepted appointment as VP-Membership Management for BDPA Cincinnati chapter on January 1, 2014. VPMM works with a team of volunteers to grow the size and the depth of BDPA Cincinnati. His business area is responsible for recruitment, retention and contact management activities for all BDPA Cincinnati members.BDPA Cincinnati chapter was the 2nd-largest chapter in the nation when Wayne accepted this appointment. It is now the largest BDPA chapter in the nation with well over 150 members.For over 25 years, BDPA Cincinnati has enabled the upward mobility of African Americans and other minorities in the Information Technology (IT) and STEM fields. BDPA Cincinnati has been a leader and pioneer in technology and STEM training for IT professionals and High School students since 1989.
