From his origins in the South West of England, and throughout his experiences living and working in the Silicon Valley and Seattle, Wayne’s down to earth approach to life and client service have made him an invaluable strategic adviser and trusted partner to clients and colleagues. Wayne is passionate about supporting others and teaming with them to maximize opportunities. He creates a fun and enjoyable work environment, and sets aside time to provide coaching to employees, clients, family and friends. Wayne is a positive role model and strong leader. As a partner in PwC’s Technology, Media and Telecommunications Practice, Wayne has spent most of his career in the Silicon Valley and Seattle working with companies who are at the forefront of technological change and innovation. Wayne leverages 30 years of hands-on, practical experience serving Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 clients, as well as early-stage clients looking to expand. Wayne has experience across a wide range of industries, working with clients in the United States, Europe and Asia. Those experiences have provided Wayne with broad based accounting, auditing and business advisory skills. He has supported clients through public offerings, M&A activities, business transformation and other strategic initiatives.Wayne is recognized as a true partner. His hands-on, lead by example approach, combined with his collaborative style, insights and breadth of experience, enable colleagues and clients to decide what to do and how to do it. He brings the right balance of innovation, influence and enthusiasm to maximize opportunities and mitigate risks. Wayne is a Chartered Accountant, a licensed CPA and holds a Bachelors Degree in Accounting & Finance. Having lived in Silicon Valley for 18 years, Wayne and his family now live in Seattle. When not with his clients or colleagues, Wayne can often be found coaching his children’s football (soccer) teams, hitting the links or visiting his extended family and friends in the UK and Spain.
