Area Credit Manager supporting both Rexel and Gexpro branches and direct customers. Duties include reviewing customer financials and transactions for releasing orders and establishing both permanent and temporary credit limits, collection of accounts receivable, processing electronic remittances in BillTrust, reconciliation of cash applications and preparation of offline statements and reconciliations for customers using both GetPaid. Portfolio is largely contractors utilizing job accounts for project materials and management. Responsible for management of lien notices for projects in Texas and tracking for other states for which a job account has been opened by customers in my portfolio. Responsible for management of solar portfolio for my geographic area.
