I help people put the pieces of the puzzle together. Home, Location, Financing, Construction and Permits. Most people don\'t know where to start let alone the whole process. I don\'t believe I need to sell anything. My job is to listen to what people have to say and see if I have anything that makes sense to them. If I do, then I go to work. If not, then maybe they will pass on my info to friends and relatives. Referral business is always the best way to go. But when you move to a new area and don\'t know many people, then it\'s time to dig in. Eventually the word will get out, if you do a good job, and the business will come your way.
