   Microsoft StoresAccountable for the digital transformation of both Physical and Digital stores worldwide, so that they are profitable, customer engaging, and backed by the Microsoft Azure cloud.Built and ran an organization of over 250 software engineers and vendors that supported over 100 physical stores worldwide. My teams provided state of the art engineering systems to transact, deployed AI cameras to understand customer pathing, dwell time, and behaviors, created interactive experiences with skeletal tracking sensors, invented world-class videowall playback software to power the direct view LED videowalls, led with data driven decisions by creating a team of data scientists to understand our telemetry, implemented product demand and fulfillment machine learning algorithms, created the supply chain routes for distribution centers, and everything else needed to operate a service that spans the globe.Led the organization that oversaw expansion of Microsoft\'s Digital stores into new countries and markets, including difficult sovereign cloud deployments like the digital stores in Microsoft China. Ran the engineering for the platform that provides all Microsoft sites with a universal header and footer, providing the scale and reliability needed, and the content management system that supports over 1600 Microsoft websites.
