A non-executive director on the Board of Directors for Together Financial Services Ltd, a well established and privately owned financial services Group and holding company. Also a non-executive director on the Board for various subsidiary companies. As a non-executive director, my role is to support the executive directors to construct and deliver the Boards strategic, operational, financial, risk and compliance plans. I seek to do this by challenge and rigorous debate drawing upon my long knowledge of this business and from his history within the financial services sector.I am also Chairman of the Together Financial Services Ltd Audit & Risk committees, supporting the integrity and probity of all risk and financial reporting including the relationship with External Auditors. I oversaw the appointment of the Group Head of Internal Audit in January 2017. During 2019, I also oversaw the appointment of a revised firm of external auditors.I am also a member of the Together Financial Services Ltd Remuneration and Nomination committees, as well as an active member of various Boards and committees for the subsidiary companies of Together Financial Services Ltd.Chairman Mike McTighe commented: “Wayne brings with him a wealth of experience to strengthen our board at this exciting time of growth for the company.
