Innovation project manager for Johnson Matthey\'s Hydrogen technologies and fuel cells new technologies. My responsibilities include: Delivery of the project scope, engaging with the cross functional team to develop and deliver the project plan, task plan and project milestones, ensuring project delivery is in line with the NPI governance requirements. Active management of project risk and issue registers, capturing project lessons learned, completing project status reports, escalating risks and request for change, identifying key challenges for project delivery and implement timely actions to achieve the desired output. Preparing for and taking the project to phase review. Coordination of team, sponsor and stakeholder meetings as required. Communication of project information to team, phase review committee and stakeholders (internal and external). Identify changes, amendments and opportunities for continuous improvement of the NPI process and share with the NPI governance team.
