I am a results-driven engineering professional with a career spanning Procurement, R&D, and Process Development across MedTech, FMCG, and Aerospace industries. With a passion for solving complex technical challenges and a focus on continuous improvement, I bring both strategic insight and hands-on expertise to every project.Currently, I serve as Technical Procurement Lead at ConvaTec, where I bridge engineering and procurement to deliver cost savings, supplier collaboration, advanced process optimisation, driving technical excellence, improving supplier partnerships, and embedding robust engineering principles into sourcing decisions.Previously, I worked in R&D Ostomy, designing next-generation pouches and leading the full validation process for new products. Before that, I was Process Development Lead responsible for launching new wound care products at scale and partnering with third-party manufacturers to develop robust, data-driven processes that ensured quality, compliance, and efficiency.My career demonstrates versatility and progression from developing products and processes, to integrating new technologies, and now to leading technical strategy in procurement. I thrive in roles that require cross-functional collaboration, effective communication at all levels, and the ability to convert technical insight into measurable business impact.
