My career spans over 25 years through the automotive industry in Fixed Operations management, as an executive with a group of publicly traded trucking companies (formerly our family owed companies), and multiple ventures as a small business owner.Through every role and industry, one lesson has remained constant: people development and clear communication are the true drivers of business success.
