About Wayne Russell
Got a Business Management degree and ended up an Industrial Engineer. Worked for a small Management Consulting Company in Oklahoma City for almost 25 years (with a one year break in 1994). Project work has focused on process improvement / streamlining, and establishing accountability programs for individual associates, departments, and overall operations. Implemented process improvements in distribution centers, manufacturing plants, refurbishing operations, call centers and office environments for large and small companies throughout the U.S. Currently assisting a national supply chain management company (3PL) in optimizing distribution centers and reducing costs throughout the country.
